WilGlobo Inc. is committed to delivering quality digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for our services, digital products, and resources. We operate under Canadian consumer protection laws and North American digital service standards.

1. Service Categories & Refund Eligibility

AWebsite Design & Development Services

Before Project Commencement: Full refund of deposit if cancellation is requested before any design work begins (within 48 hours of payment).

During Discovery/Planning Phase: 75% refund if cancelled before design mockups are presented.

During Design Phase: 50% refund if cancelled after mockups but before development begins.

During Development: No refund once development has commenced, as custom code and configurations are non-reversible.

Post-Launch: No refunds after website launch. Support issues are handled under warranty terms.

BBrand Identity & Logo Design

Before Concepts Presented: Full refund if requested within 48 hours of payment.

After Initial Concepts: 50% refund if concepts do not meet expectations and client chooses not to proceed with revisions.

After Final Delivery: No refunds once final files are delivered and approved.

CSocial Media Management (Monthly Services)

Before Service Month Begins: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the service month starts.

During Service Month: Prorated refund for unused portion if cancelled with 14 days written notice.

Content Already Created: No refund for content already created or scheduled, even if not yet posted.

DDigital Products & Downloads

Templates, Toolkits, E-books: Due to the digital nature, all sales are final once download access is granted.

Courses & Programs: 14-day money-back guarantee if less than 20% of content has been accessed.

Subscription Services: Cancel anytime; no refunds for current billing period but access continues until period ends.

EConsulting & Mentorship Programs

Single Sessions: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before scheduled session.

Package Programs: Prorated refund for unused sessions if cancelled within 30 days of purchase.

No-Shows: Sessions are forfeited if client does not attend without 24-hour notice.

2. How to Request a Refund

Step 2: Include Details

Order/Invoice number, service purchased, reason for refund request

Step 3: Wait for Review

We review all requests within 5-7 business days

3. Refund Processing

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, e-transfer).

Currency: All refunds are processed in CAD (Canadian Dollars). Exchange rate differences are not compensated.

Transaction Fees: Non-refundable payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) may be deducted from refund amounts.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • -Domain name registrations and renewals
  • -Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
  • -Hosting fees for periods already used
  • -Rush/expedited service fees
  • -Advertising spend (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • -Services completed and delivered as agreed

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. Please send a written appeal to info@wilglobo.com within 14 days of receiving our initial decision.

For unresolved disputes, clients in Alberta may file a complaint with the Alberta Consumer Protection Office. We are committed to fair resolution and maintaining positive client relationships.
